Well this last month has been very challenging but what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
The latest news so far is that I have retained the services of a lawyer and we are looking into ways to get Angermeyer to honour his word and debts.  Obviously he and IWJ want me to crawl into a hole and dissapear.  Well that is not going to happen, I've licked my wounds and now I'm ready for the good fight.
The lawyer wants me to arrest the ship and force Angermeyer into court, I am struggling with this option because who do i hurt most?, the crew and Passengers, he advises me to push froward with this option as it is the only way to get any real attention. Unfortunatly it may be my only option.
I called Liz a couple of months ago and offered her my company including a $156,000 in bookings along as she honoured my investors, I was prepared to dissapear, she took that back to Basham and Co and I was told to go F%*k myself.

Cindy Basham has made me public enemy # 1.  It all stems back to the Windy II days when we discussed her jpoining the company in a paid capacity.  I had hired Becki Graeber for $30,000 plus shares.  I liked Basham in those days and thought she would be a strong associate with her customer base and web skills.  I asked her for a proposal.  She demanded a salary of $80,000, relocation expenses a 10% share of the business and suggested her role would be to sail on the ships each week as a customer service rep.   I argued that she was too expensive and that even if we were to consider her I would have to let Becki go.  That didn't seem to phase her and I said let me think about it, Becki agreed to quit and I went back to Basham to discuss a reduction in salary.  Apparently in her exitement she was under the impression she had the job and money and had handed in her notice.  We had a huge argument and I explained we had not even purchased the ship and until we had a positive cash flow there was no way we could hire her at her outrageous salary.  Basham had to go back and beg for her job back, from that day to this she has been relentless in undermining my efforts to get a WJ sailing.

I have written proof she sent private e-mails from me to her to Pallister, the WJ trust lawyer who passed them onto the nvestment group who were looking to purchase the PY, LY and YC.  They were not impressed and hauled me over the coals for allowing it to happen, very unprofessional and unbusiness like.

Next she contacted Captain Julian Legg when i was putting together a deal with Julian, I have written proof from Julian and Peter Stearn she was again spreading her poison about me to Legg and was instrumental in that deal falling through.

Finally, I have it on good authority she was also negotiating with Angermeyer while I was delivering the Diamant, no doubt spreading ugly stories and rumors.  Remember the sexual harrasment accusation she and Liz spread a few months back.  Only to find a 16 year old girl didn't like the Jean Luc joke and called her Daddy who complained to WJ.  The way it was reported by Liz and Basham, you would have thought I was bonking 6 year olds in my cabin.

Enough of this, I'm as bored with it as much as you are.  This will play out in time, If I do arrest the ship I promise to not drag the proceedings out, Bottom line I want the Diamant to sail and I have no problem with IWJ doing it but I do want to be paid what I'm owed and I do want those that are out money to be compensated.
